The service is available Monday to Friday for orders placed by 4:00 pm once payment has been authorized and verified.

All orders are subject to a processing time that is independent of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once the corresponding carrier has picked it up from our warehouse. (This processing time does not include weekends or holidays).

Once the order is picked up from our warehouse with next-day delivery service (provided it meets the above conditions), delivery depends on the package delivery company and that there are no unforeseen incidents beyond its control.

During high-demand seasons for package shipments, delays may occur with the package delivery company.
